Respondent is required to monitor the system's water at least once per month to determine compiance with the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria. Respondent failed to monitor the water for contamination of total coliform bacteria during Oct, Nov, & Dec 2006 and Jan, Mar, Sept, & Nov 2007 and Feb 2008 and therefore violated this requirement.
