Violation: Respondent failed to develop and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP); and failed to apply for and obtain MSGP permit coverage.
Remedy: Within thiry days, Respondent shall submit a copy of the SWPPP and a cerfitied copy of the NOI for MSGP permit coverage.
