THE BRYAN COMPANY, INC. (LAR10E581): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted at the Grande Point II residential site located at 3601 Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, LA, on May 22, 2008. The inspection was conducted by EPA with inspectors from the LDEQ Acadiana Regional Office accompanying the EPA inspectors. The site was directly on Anselm Coulee, a perennial stream. It discharges to the Vermilion River. Observations included, but not limited to had not been selected, installed or maintained per permit requirements. Also, there were no documented inspections. An administrative order was drafted and routed for signature.
