Triumph Precision Castings is located in the Gila River Indian Community, and produces industrial and aerospace applications castings.
During a June 2007 inspection, EPA investigators found numerous violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, including:
 Failure to implement the contingency plan during an emergency;
 Failure to have the name, address and telephone number of the emergency coordinator in the contingency plan;
 Failure to meet all of the training requirement for personnel handling hazardous requirements.
