Rick Patel (LAU000252): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted May 21, 2008, by EPA at the commercial construction site for La Quinta Inn in Broussard, LA. It was determined that the owner (operator) had not applied for permit coverage under the LPDES Construction General Permit for Small Construction Activities not had developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. An administrative order was drafted and routed for signature.
