(LAU000249): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA at the site of RouseÂs Grocery Store #23 in Youngsville, LA, on May 21, 2008, as part of the LDEQ requested inspection initiative. The Contractor had not submitted a Notice of Intent for coverage under the LDEQ Construction General Permit. An administrative order was drafted to address the lack of permit coverage.
