RouseÂs Enterprises, LLC (LAR10E558): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on May 21, 2008, at the site of RouseÂs Grocery Store #23 in Youngsville, LA. At the time of the inspection, it was observed that the Respondent did not have a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan located on site. They had not been conducting documented site inspections, and they had not selected, installed and maintained proper best management practices.
