The Lemoine Company (LAR10E738): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on 5/22/08 at the 67 acre site of the Ascension Episcopal School. Among other violations it was observed that there was no construction site notice posted, there was no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan available for review, there had been no site inspections, and there were no controls installed to protect the waterways of the Phase II Municipal Separate Sewer Storm System.
