This Administrative Order is issued to the Carpenter Water & Sewer District for failure to timely report 2007 and 2008 radionuclide analytical results to EPA, failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to collect a monthly total coliform sample, failure to comply with the total coliform maximum contaminant level, failure to post public notice; and failure to report such violations to EPA.
