This administrative order is issued to the Maverick Motel for exceedence of the MCL for total coliform bacteria; failure to collect a set of repeat samples following a total coliform bacteria positive sample; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to report the violations to EPA.
