EPA inspected this facility on May 14, 2003. Information gathered during the inspection revealed that this facility did not comply with a previous Administrative Order issued by EPA in 2000. This Order required this facility to upgrade its wastewater and storm water retention facilities and to submit progress reports to EPA. Another AO has been issued requiring the facility to meet with EPA and explain why EPA should not take further enforcement actions for the violations cited in the Order.
