On March 6, 2003 EPA sent a letter to the Department of Justice requesting that it concur in the approval of the CERCLA 122(h)(1) Administrative Agreement entered into with the current lessess of a 15-acre parcel of Property located on the Radiation Technology Inc. Site. Under the Agreement, the Respondents will make a total payment plus interest, over a two year period.
