November 1, 2002, NPDES Compliance Inspection by EPA and Ft. Worth Dept. of Environmental Management found the 40 acreage Merwick single-family home sub-division, owned or operated by Millenium Choice Co., Inc. (Respondent), non compliant with the Clean Water Act (The Act). To address this non-compliance with the Act, EPA issued an enforcement action on March 10, 2003, ordering immediate compliance.
