This is a referral for filing of a civil complaint and consent decree for twelve responsible parties for the Puente Valley Operable Unit of the San Gabriel Valley Superfund Sites. The consent decree requires reimbursement of $10 million in past response costs in consideration for a covenant not to sue and contribution protection for all past costs and response actions and costs incurred in connection with implemntation of the interim remdial action for the site.
