Respondent is an oil and gas exploration and production operator in the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico. Respondent has an NPDES Offshore General permit for produced water and other discharges. EPA performed a DMR review of respondent's files and found effluent and paperwork violations. EPA is ordering Respondent to cease effluent violations and to correct the paperwork.
