Respondent is an offshore oil and gas extraction operator in the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico. Respondent has an NPDES Offshore General permit for it's discharges. EPA performed a DMR review of Respondent's file and found effluent and paperwork violations. Respondent is being ordered to eliminate the effluent violations and to fix the paperwork violations.
