This administrative order is issued to the Ft. Washakie Water Treatment Plant for exceeding allowable turbidity levels, failure to monitor for bacteriological quality, failure to maintain a disinfectant residual concentration, failure to provide public notice of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
