## Summary

VIOLATIONS: The Respondent' tank battery facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Hominy Creek, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 24 North, Range 7 East, Osage County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during a July 23, 2003 inspection.

RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should also take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants and to neutralize the brine contaminated area south of the tank battery by applying soil amendments to neutralize the sodium chloride. Additionally, the Order asks the Respondent to consider: (1)constructing adequate secondary containment; and (2) installing a sump pump to remove and r-circulate standing fluids from the secondary containment to the tank. A follow-up inspection will determine the extent of compliance with the Order.
