Clovis Municipal Church in developing the asbestos management plan for Clovis Christian School did not provide the parents, teachers, or employees organizations with notification about the availability of the management plan, for compliance with the requirements of the Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools rules. Clovis Municipal School will be required to correct the situation by December 1, 2003.
