VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's facility was a point source of multiple discharges of pollutants, specifically oil field brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Skiatook Lake and a tributary of Wildhorse Creek. The facility is located in Section 32, Township 22 North, Range 10 Eat, Osage County, Oklahoma. The discharges occurred on or before July 15, 2003.
RELIEF: Two Orders were issued to the Respondent to address the violations identified on a July 15,2003,EPA inspection. Both Orders require the Respondent to immediately cease all discharges to the tributaries identified. Additionally, the Orders asks the respondent to remediate and restore the contaminated areas surrounding discharge points to prevent additional contaminated storm water runoff.
