Respondent is a oil and gas extration operator in the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico in the Outer Continental Shelf. EPA performed a DMR paperwork file review and found effluent violations and reporting violations it its discharges. The discharges are primarily of produced water from the wells. EPA is ordering respondent to fix the paperwork violations and stop the effluent violations.
