This administrative order (for compliance) is issued to Richmond Homes for failure to conduct inspections as required by the Storm Water Permit; failure to develop and implement a Storm Water Management Plan; and failure to implement best management practices in order to minimize the impact of Respondent's construction activities on waters of the US.
