This administrative order (for compliance) is issued to Village Homes for failure to conduct inspections as required by the Storm Water Permit; failure to develop and implement an adequate Storm Water Management Plan as required by the permit; and failure to implement Best Management Practices in order to minimize the impact of Respondent's construction activities on waters of the US.
