Silver Christian Church the owner of Silver Christian School failed to comply with the requirements of the Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools Rule, 40 CFR 763 .85(a). A civil penalty was assessed in the amount of $3740 for failing to inspect Silver Christian School and develop an asbestos management plan. The church has until December 1, 2003 to demonstrate compliance.
