The Facility Elas Delgado Service Station was inspected on April 24, 2002. The facility did not have financial insurance and line leak detection for piping as required by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board (PREQB) regulation. Facility had the line leak detector reconnected and provided financial insurance. EQB conducted followup and provided signed Field Citation from respondent to EPA.
