This is a Unilateral Administrative Order pursuant to CERCLA 106(a) issued to Shell Oil Company and the US General Services Administration. The UAO requires Shell Oil to undertake initial remedial design activities at the groundwater operable unit for the Del Amo and Montrose Chemical Superfund Sites. The estimated cost of this work is $2 million.
