Eunice Public School District failed to perform the 3-year reinspection of Mettie Jordan Elementary School for compliance with the requirements of the Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools Rule. An Administrative Civil Penalty was issued in the amount of $2,805. The school district is required to comply with the rule by December 1, 2003.
