This facility was inspected during the NJDEP and EPA Camden Enforcement Sweep of 2002. The City of Camden was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-489 in the amount of $450 for the following violations 40 CFR 280.20(c): failure to use an overfill prevention system ; and 40 CFR 280.45: failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring. The City of Camden worked closely with an environmental consulting firm to correct these problems.
