This administrative order is issued to the Boulder Store/Gas Station for exceeding the MCL for bacteriological contaminants; failure to perform routine monitoring for bacteriological quality, failure to perform repeat monitoring for bacteriological quality, failure to provide public notice of the violations and failure to report SDWA and total coliform violations to EPA.
