Cosmed Group, Inc. violated the provisions of 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart O, by failing to conduct tests, failing to conduct monitoring for sterilization chamber and aeration room control parameters, failing to maintain monitoring records, failing to submit initial notification, failing to submit notice of compliance status report, and excess emissions from both aeration room and sterilization chamber vent.
This is a National Case. Region 1 is the lead case, accordingly, Region 1 is submitting the Primary Civil Litigation Report to DOJ. The other Regions are submitting Supplemental Reports including Region 2's Supplemental Report.
