Violations: 1. Respondent did not have NPDES Storm Water Permit coverage until June 14, 2002. 2. A notice, with NPDES permit information, was not posted near the main entrance to the site as required by Part IV.B.2. of the permit. 3. The SWPPP was not signed by a corporate official as required by Part VI.G. of the permit. 4. Inspections of the facilities were not being done or recorded as required by Part IV.4.c. of the permit.
