This is an Administrative Penalty Complaint pursuant to RCRA issued to Precision Specialty Metals, Inc. The violations include chromium contaminated Kolene salts waste leaking from a steel container (container was incompatible with the corrosive waste), open containers of corrosive waste, unlabeled containers of acid sludge and chromium contaminated Kolene salts waste, and deficient training documents. The Complaint seeks to collect the statutory max of 27,500 per day per violation from the Bankruptcy estate [Notice Pleading]. (Note: The company is bankrupt.
