This is a Compliance Agreement pursuant to the Toxics Substances Control Act between the San Diego Aircraft Carrier Museum of San Diego, CA and the US EPA. This Compliance Agreement involves the management of PCBs existing on an old Navy Aircraft Carrier that is being converted to a museum where members of the public will be visiting. The agreement establishes procedures for sampling of PCB contaminated areas which are to be decontaminated prior to use.
