This administrative order directs the Respondents to perform a remedial action for a portion of the Active Railroad Beds Remedial Design Unit, which is within the Community Soils and Anaconda Regional Water and Waste Operable Units (CS and ARWWS OUs). Railroad beds from both Operable Units were consolidated into two RDUs. The anaconda active railroad bed RDU has been further divided into two portions, east and west. This Order addresses the west portion.
