This is an Adminstrative Order for Compliance pursuant to 308(a) and 309(a) of the CWA issued to City and County of Honolulu for its Honouliuli Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). The violation involves various permit violations, including improper flow monitoring which does not allow compliance with permit to be verified; improperly submitted DMRs; unpermitted discharges to effluent, and lack of a current SWPCP. The Order directs the City and County of Honolulu to immediately correct violations, respond to inspection report requirements, and prepare a current stormwater plan.
