A storm water compliance inspection was conducted April 1, 2003, at the Quemazon Communities in Los Alamos, NM. Sparling Construction Co., Inc., was found in non-compliance due to there being no storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) being available for review and there was no Notice of Intent (NOI) posted as required by the permit. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
