A storm water compliance inspection was conducted October 15, 2003, at the construction site of the Arlington Presbyterian Church sanctuary in Arlington, TX. During the inspection it was noted that the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was inadequate, inspections were not conducted in accordance with permit requirements, and the required signs were not properly posted. Review of the violations indicated the permittee was eligible for the Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO), which was routed for signature.
