Unauthorized road-levee work on jurisdictional wetlands near to Bayou De View, which connects into Chatam Lake. Previoulsy, EPA issued and Administrative Order to Mr Robbins.
Mr Robbins has not complied with restoration order, therefore EPA issued an Administrative Complaint for penalties.
