This Agreement and Covenant Not to Sue is entered into by EPA and the San Juan County Historical Society. The purpose of this Agreement is to settle and resolve the potential liability of the Society with respoect to the existing contamination at the Property. The Society will clean the interior of the mill so that public tours can be safely conducted.
