This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Bureau of Reclamation for violations at the Four Bears Water Treatment Plant. These violations include failure to meet the monthly turbidity standard; exceedance of the 5 NTU turbidity level; failure to monitor for pesticide/herbicide organic contaminants; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to report the violations to EPA within specified time periods.
