Falon Company, a subsidiary of Swagelok Company failed to submit the completed Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory form to the State Emergency Response Commisssion, the Local Emergency Planning Committee and the local fire departement with jurisdiction over the facility for the 1997-1999 calendar years by the March 1 deadline.
