Respondents, Janssen Pharmaceutica Inc., violated Section 12(a)(1)(E) by imported into the United States registered pesticides that were misbranded in that the immediated containers did not bear an EPA approved label containing directions for use, and EPA registration number, and EPA establishment number, and ingredient statement.
