This is an AO issued pursuant to SDWA to the Palmdale Water District. The violation involves two quarterly running annual average MCL violations for total trihalomethanes under the Stage 1 Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts regulation. The Order directs the District to give EPA a plan for returning to compliance within 30 days of receipt of the AO and to return to compliance with the running annual average MCL for total trihalomethanes by March 31, 2004.
