September 9, 2003 - NMED/SWQB performed an NPDES Compliance Inspection of the Edelweiss Lodge and SPA Project located in Taos Ski Valley, NM. The inspection found the facility non compliant with the federal regulatory storm water program.
November 5, 2003 - EPA issued an Administrative Order/Agreement under the Storm Water Expedited Settlement Program, ordering compliance and penalty payment.
