VIOLATIONS:  The Respondent' commercial brine disposal facility was a  point source   discharge  of  pollutants,  specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary to Walnut Creek, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 3 West, Carter County, Oklahoma.  The discharge of brine was documented during a July 9, 2003 inspection.


RELIEF:  The Order specifies that the Respondent should also take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility and to submit a six month facility work plan to address the violations that were cited in the Order.  A follow-up inspection will determine the extent of compliance with the Order.
