This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Town of Albin for exceeding the MCL and failure to monitor for bacteriological quality; failure to monitor copper and lead; failure to adequately complete the consumer confidence report; failure to notify the public of the violations; and failure to report the violations to EPA.
