This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Meadow Springs Service and Improvement District for failure to monitor for radioactivity; failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to monitor for lead and copper; failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to report NPDWR violations to EPA within 48 hours of discovering the violations.
