## Summary

VIOLATIONS: The Respondent tank battery facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically oil field brine, to the head waters of Turkey Creek, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 9 North, Range 5 East, Seminole County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during a September 23, 2003 inspection.

RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent immediately take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants. Additionally, the Order states that the Respondent must provide R6 with a written report and photographs detailing the corrective action taken and explaining why such action is expected to be sufficient to prevent addition discharge violations. A follow-up inspection will determine the extent of compliance with the Order. Contact: Casey Luckett Snyder 3-2112
