On October 21, 2004, EPA Region III entered into an Administrative Order for Compliance on Consent ( AO ) with NCC Holding Company, formerly known as Nature's Choice Corp. Respondent disposed of approximately 19 cubic yards of fill material at the Site. Under the terms of the AO, Respondent will remove the fill from approximately two acres of wetlands down to grade level.
