A review of the Toxic Release Inventory Envirofacts Database (TRI Database) indicates that Chevron Phillips Chemical Puerto Rico Core, INc. voluntarily submitted to the EPA late a late Form R reports for the following: nickel ( greater than a year late). This action is being concurrently issued with a Consent Agreement Final Order.
